Mandi Graham

Mandi Graham on the surface is an accomplished business owner with more than 20 years experience owning businesses throughout Northern BC and Alberta. Mandi also leads the team at Engage Sport North as the Executive Director. As a lifelong resident of Northern British Columbia she has endless passion for developing sport and physical activity in Northern BC where she lives, works and plays. She has a strong business acumen, knows the importance of strong relationships and financial accountability, has a reputation for developing strong business strategies and incubating new ideas. Embracing core values of being genuine, hardworking, humble, caring and empathetic has allowed her to build lasting relationships within the region. With these values at the core she provides a leadership model that is collaborative and inclusive.
