Mackenzie is situated on the traditional territory of the Kwadacha Nation (Tsek’ene), Tsay Keh Dene Band and McLeod Lake Indian Band. We encourage everyone exploring these lands to learn more about the Kwadacha, Tsay Keh Dene, and McLeod Lake Bands and to treat these lands with the respect and reverence they deserve.
